Three steps to your own company
From our ready-made s.r.o. and a.s. offer you pick a company by its date of incorporation, business activities and VAT registration. We'll advise which one fits your plan.
We prepare the documents, the transfer takes place at a notary, and we file the change of director and shareholder with the Commercial Register. You sign anywhere in Slovakia.
The company is yours and fully operational — you invoice, use the account and get going. We'll sort out the registered office, accounting and first tax duties with you.
