Yes, we accept registered mail on the basis of a granted power of attorney.
If you have subscribed to the EXCLUSIVE package, we will also scan your mail. We do not scan mail in the lower packages.
You will not have physical access to the mailbox. We collect the mail every working day and then sort and record it in our office.
Yes, the property is in our ownership, so you need not worry about us losing the right to sublet it.
The office is paid at least 12 months in advance.
If you have subscribed to at least the BASIC + package, we will notify you about every delivery by e-mail.
We hand over mail to persons designated in writing by the company’s managing director. We need that person’s ID card and signature.
