Transfer documents

Signature and payment
From the moment you sign the transfer documents you become the statutory representative and may act on the association’s behalf. The invoice must be paid before signing.
Registration of changes
After signing we file the submission with the Ministry of the Interior. Registering the changes takes 30 working days on average.
