We are a team of young lawyers, accountants and tax advisors who deliver maximum performance when starting and managing your business. We provide registered offices, sale of ready-made s.r.o. and a.s., RPVS filings and other corporate services.
Innovation and automation
For simple services we automate and robotise our processes. For example, the transfer documentation for a ready-made company is normally created by our robot — so we deliver the service quickly and without errors.
Individual approach
We understand that some things are timeless. In-person meetings, empathy and understanding each client's individual situation matter to us just as much as modern technology.

Who provides our services
Dominik is a lawyer and the founder of advison.sk, and Miroslav is a tax advisor. Our goal is to simplify the complex world of corporate procedures into online services that make entrepreneurs' lives easier. Otherwise demanding tasks can be handled with minimal effort, often online — such as our robot for setting up trade licences or buying a company online.
