We are proud to announce that our company served as a supplier of a ready-made limited liability company (s.r.o.) registered for VAT to a prominent development company IMMOCAP, a.s.
Our services for the sale of ready-made limited liability companies (s.r.o.) were provided to IMMOCAP in connection with the new ISTROPOLIS project. The long-neglected Istropolis House of Trade Unions complex is being transformed into a multifunctional space for the public. At the heart of the project will be a cultural and congress center, which, together with generous public spaces, will form the foundation of a new vibrant district. This green district will provide a high-quality environment for living, working, culture, and leisure. The experience will be further enhanced by high-quality public spaces and three new squares.

The new Istropolis project has received binding statements on investment activities from the Bratislava City Council. The developer plans to commence construction of the project in the second half of 2024. The binding statements concern technical infrastructure and transport solutions, as well as the buildings of the first phase of the project itself. Specifically, these include spaces for living, working, and, of course, a cultural and social hall.

“We have been working on the new Istropolis for over five years, which is why we at Immocap are extremely pleased with this important milestone in the permitting process. I would like to express my gratitude to our Head of Development, Jakub Gossányi, Development Manager Tomáš Juríček, and the entire team who have successfully managed this complex process. The new Istropolis project is our flagship and will bring a new vibrant zone to Bratislava, modern architecture, high-quality spaces for work and living, but most importantly, a top-tier public space and a cultural and social hall that the city currently lacks,” said Martin Šramko, CEO of Immocap.
