1. Expressing interest in purchasing a Slovak ready-made company

The client contacts us either in person or by phone and expresses interest in purchasing one of the ready-made companies: (a) ready-made s.r.o. or (b) ready-made a.s. or (c) ready-made VAT-registered company. We arrange an initial consultation in person, by phone, or by email.

2. Initial Consultation

The client explains their requirements for the company to be purchased (number of shareholders/partners, desired business activities, trade name requirements, registered office etc.). We identify our client's needs, propose a suitable solution, and inform them about the process, conditions, and service fees.

3. Client Provides Documents

The client provides us with all necessary documents for preparing the transfer documentation (shareholder/partner details, executive/director details, trade name, registered office address, business activities…).

4. Preparation of transfer documentation by a lawyer

We will ensure the preparation of complete transfer documentation for the sale of a ready-made company by a qualified expert – a lawyer. We will arrange for the documents to be prepared within a few hours of receiving the assignment.

5. Meeting and signing of documents

The transfer documentation can be signed before any notary in the Slovak Republic. We can arrange for the documents to be signed with a cooperating notary, or we can send them to you for signing by mail. If we send you the documents by mail, we will also provide instructions for proper verification. After signing the documents, please send them to our address.

6. Registration of changes in the Commercial Register

  • if business activities are added, we will ensure the issuance of a trade license certificate, pay the administrative fee, and collect the certificate – approximately 5 working days,
  • we will submit a proposal for the registration of changes to the recorded data in the Commercial Register,
  • we will pay the court fee,
  • we will collect the confirmation of registration and the extract from the Commercial Register (7 working days),
  • we will notify the tax office of the changes

7. Handover of complete documentation and accounting records

We will ensure the delivery of complete documentation to your address. We can hand over the documents during a personal meeting or send them to you by courier.
